CUVEE PRESTIGE Colour : Ruby red robe with lovely purple-blue tints. Nose : At first, the nose is discreet and gives loads to look forward to. This wine has a "warm" personality that includes fruit in brandy aromas. Floral notes then give a certain delicacy set around raspberry rose and lilac. Palate : The palate is full and fleshy, with a great structured body built on promising tannins. The flavours are a complex combination set around bitter cacao and small tart cherry. Read more
		CUVEE TRADITION Colour : Ruby red robe with slight raspberry glints Nose : The nose starts out very fresh with tart red fruit (particularly red currant) prevailing. The palette of aromas then ranges out to discrete floral with a touch of spice (peony, carnation, pepper). After airing, the nose becomes really mellow, highlighting the wine’s finesse. Palate : The attack is crunchy and lively, the freshness from the nose comes through straight away, underlined by a hint of fresh mint. The silky tannins give a suave, fluid mouthfeel. The dominant flavours are of red fruit, specifically cherry, backed up by a peppery note, finishing with a delicate touch of vanilla. The balance on the palate is already interesting, so you can also enjoy this wine in its youth. Read more
		CUVEE LE CLOS Colour : Deep, dark robe. Nose : Powerful from the very first, the nose unveils notes of liquorice, raisins, stewed fruit and a whole range of sweet spice, intermingling with woody notes (cacao and praline). Palate : - Very fleshy from the start, the palate quickly shows its strength, backed up by tannins that have been matured in oak over a long period. The whole is well-built though still in its youth as far as maturing is concerned, it shows true ripeness on the palate. Read more
		CUVEE CLAUDE CONDEMINE Colour : Deep red robe with a few crimson tints remaining. Nose : As it opens out, the nose comes through as powerful and complex; with a mix of red stone fruit and spicy floral (lily, peony) aromas that are built onto a foundation of leather and cacao. Take your time to aerate this wine by gently swirling the glass to be able to enjoy the wide palate of aromas and flavours that that develops to the full. Palate : The attack is fatty and beautifully full. The flavours start out on the cherry in brandy register, closely followed by vanilla and toffee, giving a subtle reminder of oak ageing. The tannins that are most noticeable at the end are still steeped in youth and show this wine’s great ageing potential. The end remains fresh with a hint of chilli pepper. Read more
